[OSGeo Africa] Adding ESRI’s Online World Imagery Dataset to QGIS

Pretty neat one-liner to bring in nice global hi-res raster imagery as a
true raster layer.

The blog is a bit behind the times on their OpenLayers plugin comments
though since it now does support on the fly transformation and if you
have enough bandwidth to avoid tiles timing out you can get high-res
backdrops in Composer with it these days.
