Hi Riandi
CD-NGI will have going back a lot further than 2004. In addition, the metros
will have, usually at higher resolution, also going back quite a reasonable
period of time. The more recent epoch data will also have Lidar DTMs. You
can also try Gauteng Province, who have collected satellite imagery from
time to time.
