[OSGeo Africa] Farm boundaries (Africa Digest, Vol 96, Issue 4)

Hi Lizanne

For the W Cape there is a very accurate and complete, manually digitised
farm fields layer from 2011 imagery with some attributes updated in 2013.

I don't think this is available at the surveyor gen office, so if it would
be useful, contact Elsenberg Agric GIS to get it/permission to use.
