[OSGeo Africa] GIS courses through CE at UP in 2015

Hi all

This list was very definitely created for discussion of Open Source GIS
topics (and open data and related issues).

Any flavour Open Source, no favourites. If QGIS and PostGIS predominate,
that's just what people seem to be mostly talking about, but all are
welcome.

Re the CE at UP Introduction to GIS courses - there will be an
equivalent one in November based on QGIS.
