​Yeah I think it would be good (previous poster's comments aside). Gitter
channels are linked to git repos, so maybe Jeff could ​oblidge us by
creating an osgeo/osgeo repo or for more local chat, and osgeo/africa repo
that we can point gitter too. Having a repo might actually be quite nice
and we could collaboratively build up Africa specific resources in that
repo...
