[OSGeo Africa] Gas Infrastructure Distribution/Reticulation Shapefiles

Hi, there is'nt much publically available that I know off. There is some
major gas and oil pipelines on openstreetmap for which you can obtain
shapefiles. I have personally mapped the Mosambique gas pipeline and can
vouch for its quality.
