[OSGeo Africa] Is anyone on this list involved with geo4africa?

Hi Tim/etc,
I'm happy to put my time & efforts in for this.
Will there be a formal organising party (I'm trying to avoid the 
"committee word" :-) ) this so that we can keep track of who is 
responsible for what?
Who is the lead runner for organising it?
