[OSGeo Africa] SAGNS database

Hi all,

Does anyone know where one can get an updated copy of the SAGNS (SA
Geographical Names System) database? I have the 2008 version from
OpenAfrica (
http://africaopendata.org/dataset/south-african-geographical-names-system -
thanks Adi) but I imagine there have been quite a lot of changes since
then. The SAGNS website has been gone for years and at the moment even the
Dept. of Arts & Culture main website seems to be down.
