[OSGeo Africa] Ward Delimitation for the 2016 Local Government Elections

Hi

Does anyone know where I can download shape files of the Wards for the 
2016 Local Government Elections? I have checked the Municipal 
Demarcation Website but can only find pre-compiled pdf plans, no shape 
files.
