Hi,
Petra Holden, a brilliant young UCT PhD candidate, gave a talk on this 
at GISSA WC in June.
Her topic was:  A semi-automatic aerial triangulation approach to the 
orthorectification of warped historical aerial images covering 
mountainous terrain.
