[OSGeo Africa] Coal mine data THREAD HIJACKING

Hi Guys,
Please start a new email when starting a new subject.
Every new email gets a unique ID number. This ID number is retained 
whenever someone uses "reply", so this allows conversations to be 
grouped (threaded).

By being lazy and using Reply to create a new conversation, you are also 
retaining the old thread ID, which now causes your email topic to me 
mixed in (threaded) with the other topic.
This is called "Thread Hijacking".
