[OSGeo Africa] Unable to read or open previously saved QGIS projects

Hi Sindile,

Windows 7

QGIS 1.8

Yes I have looked at the old responses. This has always happened to
students in previous years too.

Some of the machines also do give the error of QGIS crashing and close down.
