[OSGeo Africa] Request for Sub-district shapefiles in Metro Municipalities in South Africa

Dear Colleagues

I need shapefiles of Health sub-districts in the following metros:

1. City of Tshwane
2. City of Johannesburg
3. Erkuhruleni
4. City of Cape Town
5. eThekwini
6. Nelson Mandela Bay
7. Buffalo City
8. Mangaung

These are not official boundaries so they are not available from the
Demarcation Board or statistics South Africa.

If you have these files or know where I can get them please let me know
