[OSGeo Africa] CRS in use in South Africa

Hi Brighton/Manfred/Gavin/Dean/Manie,
The underlined "in common use" was what I was looking for - and 
hopefully by whom (which companies/departments). I was not thinking 
about OSM and Google, but perhaps I should have been.

So the new one (in 'common' use [DWS, CGS]) to me is the Albers Equal 
Area - this should tell you about the departments and map-scales that I 
have not worked with :-)
