[OSGeo Africa] Street data for South Africa

Hi Modiba,

Streets or roads?  SANRAL has the big ones.  Last I dealt with them the GIS
guys there were Louw Kannemeyer and Werner Lategan.

Streets I would go with NGI's vectors. What attributes do you need?
