Hi Nicky,
Try to find out who the engineering contact is at the LM, or better still at the DM level.
LM networks are often handled by the District Municipality - and they will have likely contracted it out to some engineering form, so you will probably have to dig them out as well.

I have looked in various search engines but with no luck to date. The Municipality have no drawings (hardcopy or electronic) available.
