Hi all,

The Department of Economic Development, Environment & Tourism in Limpopo 
is looking to develop a FOSS-based Biodiversity Information Management 
System. The system development is to be outsourced. If you are 
interested in putting in a bid, please refer to the tender bulletin

Note that there is a compulsory briefing session in Polokwane next week 
and that the closing date for bids is 30/10/2017.
