[OSGeo Africa] Sen2cor installation

Hi, simply download latest Sen2cor standalone version 2.5 and extract in
folder of choice. Then run your atmospheric correction from there (via cmd)
or alternatively add path of L2A_process.bat to environment variables.  No
need for anaconda on this version.
