[OSGeo Africa] Sen2cor installation

Hi Wonga,

For you to use within SNAP, you need to integrate it by going to
Tools>>available plugins>>Sentinel-2 SEN2COR Processor>>select it and
install it. Then back to Tools>>Manage external tools>>select Sen2cor and
edit environment variables there by pointing to your installation.

Hope it helps. I would rather run it in command line. /L2A_Process.bat
scene location/scene name
