Thank you very much. I did not work until someone from the Sen2cor forum sent me a document with steps to configure it.  It was a bit complex.

Now, I need your counsel again. I ran the algorithm successfully on the first two of my images in SNAP, and it completed within 60 minutes each image. The one I am correcting now has been running since Thursday last week. Its been 3 days, 22 hours. Do you ever have the same experience?

For you to use within SNAP, you need to integrate it by going to Tools>>available plugins>>Sentinel-2 SEN2COR Processor>>select it and install it. Then back to Tools>>Manage external tools>>select Sen2cor and edit environment variables there by pointing to your installation.

Hope it helps. I would rather run it in command line. /L2A_Process.bat scene location/scene name

I extracted the folder and saved it in my C drive. I then copied the address to the L2A_process.bat file into the the environment variables. I then tried to run the plugin in SNAP but it does not work. Please help

Hi, simply download latest Sen2cor standalone version 2.5 and extract in folder of choice. Then run your atmospheric correction from there (via cmd) or alternatively add path of L2A_process.bat to environment variables.  No need for anaconda on this version.
