In an ideal world, Department of Water and Sanitation should have these floodlines.  Try them.  It’s not an ideal world though so you are unlikely to get full coverage.

I was wondering if anyone could help me with 50/100 year flood line data for Gauteng, more specifically the Midrand area please.
