I would like to request the traditional councils shapefile for Northern Cape. I will definitely appreciate it.

are you looking for traditional councils to a  specific province or ??
I have a shapefile for the Mpumalanga province only

Does anyone have a shapefile of the areas of traditional councils (formerly known as "tribal authorities")? I presume COGTA is the official custodian of this data - anyone know who to contact there?
