[OSGeo Africa] Ideas on writing a petition to access municipal spatial data

Hi,

>From past experience Ekurhuleni also charges many $$$ for their latest
imagery. I think there is a need for a petition as it creates barriers to
entry when having to work on old outdated datasets.

Avaaz.org could be a suitable online platform.
