*INVITATION TO EXHIBIT AT THE 1ST NAMIBIA GIS-NSDI FORUM 2018*

The Namibia Statistics Agency (NSA) is pleased to invite you and your
institution to the first Namibia GIS-NSDI Forum 2018 that will be hosted in
conjunction with Hatfield Consultants Africa, a representative of Digital-
Globe. The forum will be held from *26-27 July 2018* at *NIPAM* in
*Windhoek*.

The main aim of the forum is to create national awareness of the value of
geospatial information in national development planning and efforts made by
the Namibian government to establish the National Spatial Data
Infrastructure (NSDI) as per the Statistics Act, No. 9 of 2011.

It is against this background that your company is invited to be an
exhibitor and showcase your products/ services at the forum. The forum will
be attended by about 300 participants who will be interested in seeing
products and services that your company offers. The forum is targeting
amongst others; policy / decision makers, researchers, planners, local
authority practitioners, GIS community, surveyors, environmentalists,
engineers, geologists, senior students, etc.

The exhibitors’ registration fee will be *N$ 1 500.00* for the first day
and *N$1 000.00* for the second day which will be a half day.  The NSA’s
banking details are attached, kindly use *NSDI Forum* as the reference when
you make a payment.
