[OSGeo Africa] KZN Settlement Layer

Good Day

Can anyone advise where I can obtain a current layer of rural 
settlements or households. Preferable settlements and eve better if 
there are settlement names.

I have seen the South Africa - High Resolution Settlement Layer by 
Facebook Connectivity Lab and Center for International Earth Science 
Information Network - CIESIN - Columbia University. 2016, which is a 
great start, but was wondering if there is something in vector format 
and showing settlement boundaries and names?
