[OSGeo Africa] SA roads dataset classified according to RISFSA/RCAM

Hello Everyone

I am looking for roads dataset classified according to RISFSA (Road
Infrastructure System for South Africa) / RCAM (Road Classification and
Access Management Manual) for the entire country.

I have come across these sources:
KZN Deprtment of Transport -
https://gis1.kzntransport.gov.za/arcgisserver/rest/services/KZNT048_Dynamic_KZNProv/MapServer/42
Mpumalanga Department of Transport - http://www.mp-rams.co.za/rams/rams.html
Eastern Cape Department of Transport -
http://www.roadclass.co.za/index.php/map/ (excludes the metros)

Unfortunately I could not find anything on the National Department of
Transport - I was hoping to find a consolidated dataset for the entire
country.
