Zanoxolo,

 

Depends on how dated and what level of accuracy you require.

 

1.	Eskom has point files for homesteads and for some of the areas they have polygons.
2.	Rural Development may have some stuff – but you may need to approach each province.
3.	Municipal Demarcation Board is worth a shot as they use many datasets to build wards, etc.
4.	CSIR may be an option.

 

Some of these datasets have not been updated since 2009. I know Eskom stuff is circa 2017.
