[OSGeo Africa] Traffic Congestion Data

Good afternoon all,

Does anyone know where I can find traffic flow / congestion data for South
Africa? I'm trying to do calculations on routing efficiency, and would like
to take travel time for given time periods into account.

Any tips or experience shares would be appreciated!
