Hi Aslam,
I remember digitising the 1986 census boundaries from 50K and 250K
map-sheets in the "late eighties", so maybe StatsSA has them?
If not, perhaps ask Marcelle Hattingh if she remembers what happened to
that map - it was done in Siemens SICAD format.
