[OSGeo Africa] Zambia Cadastral data \ Farm boundaries

Hii to everyone! My name is Aloyce from Tanzania, Iam requesting whomsoever
who can help to recover files and documents which have been attacked by
ransomware virus, the guy has encrypted all files and  need to decrypt
them, anybody with the software for decryption or the technical way of
doing it plse help and  will be appreciated! Thanks in advance
