[OSGeo Africa] License for NGI aerial photos

Hi there,

I know people from NGI monitor this list so perhaps someone could clarify
this for me:
Under what license does NGI supply its aerial photos? I have been told that
it is something like cc-by-4 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/.
But I would like to have some confirmation from NGI.
For context, we are planning on setting up servers to reshare large amounts
of NGI data with the public for free using cloud-optimised storage formats.
