I have submitted a paper on site suitability analysis for petrol stations in the Cape Town District for publication consideration. The paper outlines a methodology for generating spatial data points for petrol stations in South Africa using information from the Fuel Directory (www.fueldirectory.co.za <http://www.fueldirectory.co.za> ). I'm working on a project for new energy vehicles. We would like to motivate that petrol stations as is can serve a role in making charging stations more accessible.

 

To do this we want to leverage the coverage of petrol stations to investors for the NEV charge point operators.

 

Can anyone assist with helping to find out the coverage of existing service stations? Maybe some directions to a database.
