[OSGeo Africa] Villages boundaries (small places polygons)

make contact with StatsSA (Vishanth Singh [vishanths at statssa.gov.za] or Cuan
Bowman [CuanB at statssa.gov.za]).

They have a polygon shape file named "Small places", which is used for
census purposes. The latest available version I know of dates back to 2011,
but there might be an updated version available already. Otherwise the 2011
version might still also be sufficient.

I'm looking for the boundaries of villages in rural areas of KwaZulu Natal
and Eastern Cape, can anyone please direct me to the relevant custodians of
such a dataset if it does exist.
