<p>Hi Dean,</p>
<p>I think there is an issue with their server - the layers are
not working in <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="https://ngigeoportal.dlrrd.gov.za/cdngiportal/">their
own portal</a>.</p>
<p>This URL is used in their portal and it does get a list of
services in QGIS (but they don't currently load) - <a
