[OSGeo-Announce] FOSS4G Program Finalized

The FOSS4G event is coming fast - register and book your hotel now!
Some of the final parts of the plenary program were finalized this
week, including  plenary speakers, lightning talkers and our
discussion panelists.

The opening and closing plenary speakers are all selected, and it's a
great lineup! As keynoters, we have:
* Geoff Zeiss, Director of Technology, Autodesk
* Tyler Mitchell, Executive Director, OSGeo
* Peter Rushforth, Technology Advisor, GeoConnections

Then we move into a great set of Lightning Talks [1], including bits
from Schuyler Earle, Peter Batty, Scott Morehouse, and Arnulf Christl.

The opening plenary will be capped off with our featured speaker,
Damian Conway [2], who will treat us to his observations of open
source culture in Geek Eye for the Straight Guy.

The closing plenary will include a great panel [3] discussion from:
* Peter Batty, Independent Consultant
* Tim Bowden, Director, Mapforge Geospatial
* Mark Sondheim, BC Integrated Land Management Bureau
* Frank Warmerdam, President, OSGeo

Adena Schutzberg, of Directions Magazine [4] will moderate the panel,
and provide us a conference wrap-up address.
