[OSGeo-Announce] OpenLayers 2.10 Final Release

The OpenLayers Development Team is proud to announce the release of
OpenLayers 2.10, the latest stable release of OpenLayers.

The 2.10 release adds several important features. Some of the
highlights include:

    * Support for Google Maps v3
    * Significant improvements to the panel control functionality
    * Improvements in support for WMS, WFS standards

... and many other bug fixes.
