The OSGeo Conference Committee is happy to announce the call for hosting the 
FOSS4G 2013 event.  The 2013 FOSS4G RFP is available now at:

   http://www.osgeo.org/conference/rfp

Highlights:

* 2013 is a "Europe year"
* Like last year, using a two-stage bidding process,
   with letters-of-intent, followed by full proposals for
   selected bidders.
* Letters of intent due March 31.
