[OSGeo-Announce] OSGeo Local chapter - OSGeo.cz was accepted

During the OSGeo board meeting [1], new local chapter for the Czech
Republic was recognized [2].

The local chapter - OSGeo.cz (Association for Open GeoInfrastructure)
- is non-governmental  public association, registered by Czech
authorities as legal body since 2014.

Our scope is to promote usage of Open Source software and Open data in
the geospatial domain in the Czech republic.
