[Argentina] Forbidden 403

Buenas tardes, Estoy intentando habilitar el repositorio ELGIS6 según la
documentación presente en el sitio
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Enterprise_Linux_GIS#How_to_enable_the_ELGIS6_repository
y tengo un error de permisos, Forbidden You don't have permission to access
/repos/6/elgis-release-6-6_0.noarch.rpm on this server. ¿Han cambiado las
políticas para hacer uso de este repositorio? Saludos.
