[Aust-NZ] OSGeo members and officers: Residency requirements

I've double checked with Consumer Affairs in WA (planned state of
incorporation) and there are no residency requirements (either state or
citizenship), so we are free to elect non Aust residents as public
officers.  There may be issues with insurance, though I'm not expecting
that to be too difficult.  I'll this chase up.  Is anyone able to
recommend insurance companies that are particularly tuned in to the
requirements of clubs and non-profits in general?
