[Aust-NZ] What positions does the committee need to fill

Tim,
The the OSGeo Aust need to fill a number of positions?
I assume we need:
1. Chair
2. Secretary
3. Treasurer

I'd like to get at least a "Chair" position sorted out soon, because I'd 
like the Chair to request a booth for OSGeo at the Queensland Spatial
