It is all pretty easy to register here, & having officials in Australia isn't a problem. I believe I've covered it all before in this thread.
I got back from overseas myself a couple of weeks ago, & this was one item I was hoping we could settle sometime soon. It would be good to get the registration sorted & the chapter formally established.
