Who is cleaning up the Executive Summary? Could we please see it again
after it has been cleaned.

Section 1.1
I suggest copying statements of support from the letters of support.
--
Section 1.1 LINUX AUSTRALIA
We need words from Jeff Waugh.
--
1.4 Delegate Summary:
...
The Linux Australia conference attracted 700 delegates from around
Australia (TBD: Check numbers with Jeff) and we expect to attract at
least 10% of the participatns from this group.
--
1.4 Delgate Summary:
Expect 1 delgate from Mexico.
--
2.0 Conference Facilities - Introduction
We need words introducing our two options.
UNSW is prefered because of its accedemic connections, highly
successful hosting of Linux Australia recently, value for money,
proximity to famous Coogee beach.

Convension Center is also being considered which provides excellent
facilities close to the city.

--
2.3 LISAsoft Sydney Office
Based in Pyrmont and overlooking Sydney Harbour, the offices of
LISAsoft are well equipped to accommodate the FOSS4G 2009 Code Sprint
session. LISAsoft has a large open plan area upstairs which can be
configured to seat up to 90 developers. For those with a summer mood,
wireless internet will extend out to the wharf (and the luxary boats
moored outside). Internet access will be provided jointly by Linux
Australia and LISAsoft.
LISAsoft offices are easy to access, being serviced by both bus and
light rail. A sailing school is in the offices next door, offering a
third, exotic form of transoprt.
