[Aust-NZ] Meeting discussing next steps for Geonetwork

While in Canberra yesterday, I managed to catch up with a number of you about next steps for Geonetwork.

Key discussion points noted:
* There was a consensus that my paper had accurately summarised the 
group's feelings regarding Geonetwork and that people were in general 
agreement that the proposed direction forward. Ie. engage stakeholders, 
assess scope, have stakeholders prioritise scope, centrally coordinate 
developments from stakeholders.
* Ben Searle has volunteered to start the process by contacting key 
stakeholders.
* What will need to be addressed by stakeholders is the shape the 
organising committee will take.
