[Aust-NZ] OSGeo stand at Mapped Out conference for local councils at Wagga

OSGeo will man a stand at the REROC conference in Wagga, central NSW, 
for regional councils.

Roald de Wit and Simon O'Keefe will be manning the stand and if we are 
lucky, giving a 5 minute talk too.

If anyone else on this list plans to be at the conference, please speak 
up. You might want to join Roald and Simon on the stand.

The conference has kindly offered to waive OSGeo's attendance fees based 
on our not-for-profit status.
