[Aust-NZ] Importing records from GeoNetwork => BlueNet MEST

Hi there
Could someone please give me a layman's explanation why I can insert (via copy/paste) the attached record into GeoNetwork (v2.4.3 0) - but not into BlueNet MEST (v1.4.6) (I've attached the error message I get)?

Please note that the attached metadata file was created using GeoNetwork (v 2.6.4).
