[Aust-NZ] minutes from committee meeting 18 December 2017

A collection of willing committee members met on 18 December to push the
proposed FOSS4G SoTM Oceania conference ahead.

Things are shaping up! We’re looking at a 4-day event using a workshop + 2
days of conference + code sprint/mapathon format. Tentative ‘plant a pole
in the ground’ dates converged to 21-24 November.

There’s a lot to do yet, and many ways for people to participate in getting
this event done!

Next meeting looks like February, in the meantime progress toward marketing
materials, a conference ‘structure’, academic tracks and various
organisational roles will proceed on this list and in the wiki (linked
above).
