[Geoinquiets Barcelona] census data & shapefiles

Thank you everyone! I think I found what I needed. I had overlooked a
shapefile on the INE site, that seems to work.

Related though - if anyone knows where I can find historical census data
that is mapable to census tracts, that would also be amazing!
