[Belgium] Minutes of the 2015-06-05 meeting and revised version of the call for sponsors

Hello everyone,

You can find the minutes of Friday's meeting on the wiki [1]. Please 
amend if necessary.

I've also revised the call for sponsors according to what we decided 
[2]. The only open point (that I forgot to mention at the meeting) is 
the contact: who will be the contact person for sponsors. I would 
suggest that we create a specific email address such as 
sponsorship at foss4g.be but we need someone to be the actual person behind 
that address.
