We add reports to the osgeo wiki at: http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Belgium#2015
You can register for an account at the same site.

I have not found a way to upload a file, so I added a link to the
mailing list archive containing the report.

While doing so I noted I didn't upload my report of our previous IRC
meeting - I will add it as soon as possible.
